TRAINING OF UNDERPRIVILEGED Women and men on interlocking bricks production IN Santa (November 2024)
Haven been approached by a few underprivileged women from Santa with zeal to take on apprenticeship in producing the interlocutory bricks, we at BGG found reason with them as they say it won’t only empower them on their personal initiatives but also go a long way to help them easily find jobs as experts in the sphere are in high demand at their localities.
TRAINING OF UNDERPRIVILEGED WIDOWS, TEENAGE GIRLS, AND TEENAGE MOTHERS, IN ALATENING VILLAGE ON VASELINE AND POWDER SOAP PRODUCTION AND PROVIDING THEM SEED CAPITAL (October 2024)
Thereafter the training, a seed capital of XAF 50,000 was given to each trainee as well as a certificate of completion.
Holiday classes on basic ICT skills for youths in Bamenda City (July to August 2024)
On starting up this phase of support initiative to youths at the local communities where we serve, about 13 youths (9 girls and 4 boys) were trained on basic ICT skills and at the end they were all issued certificates of completion stating their competence
Sponsorship of less privilege orphan children, pregnant teenage girls, and teenage mothers through school in Alatening Village (2024/2025)
Providing essential school needs such as exercise books, school bags, pens, pencils, chalks, rulers, erasers, sharpeners, water bottles, and school fees to paternal orphans, and additionally with monthly allowances to double orphan children, pregnant teenagers, and teenage mothers.
TRAINING OF UNDERPRIVILEGED AND MARGINALISED GIRLS AND WOMEN IN BAMENDA CITY ON POWDER SOAP PRODUCTION AND PROVIDING THEM SEED CAPITAL EACH (February 2024)
On the project as training of underprivileged and marginalised women and girls in Bamenda City on powder soap production and providing them seed capital, the methodology of training was aligned as:
• Oral presentation with the help of flip charts
• Practical production procedure
• Questions and answers sessions

She commenced her professional journey as an audit staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before she transitioned to the energy industry. She started off as a Business Planning and Economic Analyst for Shell Cameroon and then worked as a Business Analyst and Economist for Shell Nigeria for several years. She also worked as a senior manager (business planning and economics) at a medium-sized multi-national company, Addax Petroleum (SINOPEC Company) before moving to Eroton Exploration & Production Company, one of Nigeria’s biggest indigenous startups where she served as a senior manager in Business strategy and economics.
