Training support for girls and women and funding of women led enterprise
With our trainings, thousands of girls and women are acquainted with the entrepreneurial skills that lead them access to more opportunities. Going beyond the “basics” to give additional opportunity and support, funding women led enterprises. Increasing seed and follow-on financing to women-led businesses, enabling a diverse entrepreneurial pipeline, and unlocking capital for investments in issues that disproportionately impact women. Overcoming inequity in innovations and investments which leads to weak pipelines for investors to access female entrepreneurs.
Taking care of bills to treatment of obstetric fistula victims
The inability to have sexual intercourse due to vaginal damage and scarring as well as the unpleasantness of sexual relations due to leakage and strong smell is a havoc. Treating obstetric fistula is aim to: close the hole surgically, achieve continence, restore normal sexual life and fertility, ensure safe delivery in the future and reintegrate the patient back into the community. Successful repair of obstetric fistulas can lead to a dramatic change in the woman’s quality of life. Fistula repair is best carried out by experienced fistula surgeons and at a dedicated fistula centre.
Workshops and holidays training for the young relating STEM education
We at BGG organize workshops and holiday training classes relating STEM education. While all school subjects are important, those that fall under the umbrella of STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and math) are perhaps the most relevant to the times we live in. Early introduction to STEM subjects and activities can prepare students for the ever-changing world and workplace. Because STEM subjects can appear vocational rather than foundational, they have historically been neglected during early education.

Grace is the CEO of Adelaar Energy and an advisory board member of the African Energy Chamber. She commenced her professional journey as an audit staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before she transitioned to the energy industry. She started off as a Business Planning and Economic Analyst for Shell Cameroon and then worked as a Business Analyst and Economist for Shell Nigeria for several years. She also worked as a senior manager (business planning and economics) at a medium-sized multi-national company, Addax Petroleum (SINOPEC Company) before moving to Eroton Exploration & Production Company, one of Nigeria’s biggest indigenous startups where she served as a senior manager in Business strategy and economics.
